If there was no operating-system error, complete the following steps until the problem is solved:
Reconfigure the watchdog timer to a higher value. Make sure that the IMM Ethernet-over-USB
interface is enabled. Reinstall the RNDIS or cdc_ether device driver for the operating system. Disable
the watchdog. If there was an operating-system error, check the integrity of the installed operating
system.
