Guarding" telegram within the
"Node Life Time" from the CAN
master.
l Check wiring at X4.
l Check CAN configuration.
l Make sure that "Node
Guarding" has been activated
in the CAN master.
l Adapt "Node Life Time"
(C0382) to the setting in the
CAN master.
x400 Pos HW End Positive hardware limit switch has
been approached.
l Hardware limit switch has
been overtravelled or has not
been set.
l Cable is interrupted.
l ECSxS/P/A:
Terminal polarity X6/DI3, DI4
(C0114/3, C0114/4) is set
incorrectly.
l Check traversing range.
l Check position/function of the
limit switches.
l Check cable for wire breakage.
l ECSxS/P/A:
Correct setting C0114/3 and
C0114/4.
x401 Neg HW

Negative hardware limit switch
has been approached.
l Hardware limit switch has
been overtravelled or has not

motor control (MCTRL) exceeds
the limit value set

l Reduce acceleration.
l Increase limit value

l Increase current limit (C0022).
(Observe max. motor current!)
l Avoid setpoint step−change of
the higher−level control.
l Check drive dimensioning.
