Rheinland of North America according to the requirements of
n NRTL
(used standard UL 61010-1: 2004)
n SEMI F47-0200
It is in compliance to the tested standards.
The Part Nos. 800075V0001 to 800075V0007 have been checked.
The other frequency converters have not yet been tested by the TÜV, they
are designed and tested following the same regulations.
