3.10 Log Off Call Restriction
Description
Outgoing calls initiated by a Logged ‘Off’ Agent can be restricted with following options through
WMS.
Restrict only calls to outside through trunk
Restrict all outgoing calls
Operation
Conditions
If a call is attempted from an Agent location when the Agent is logged ’Off’, error tone is
provided.
