  If your LG Heat Pump isn't providing enough heat, ensure the target temperature is set correctly, and verify if the temperature setting is appropriate for water or air-based heating. Insufficient charged water could also be the cause; check the pressure gauge and add water until it reads 2~2.5 Bar. A low water flow rate might be due to a clogged strainer needing cleaning, a pressure gauge reading above 4 Bar, or a water pipe obstructed by particles or lime.

  If your LG Heat Pump isn't starting even though the remote controller shows information, it could be due to the water inlet temperature being too high (above 78 °C) or too low (below 5 °C). In the first case, the unit will prevent operation for system protection. In the second case, wait for the unit to warm up the water. If the water inlet temperature is below 15 °C during heating, wait for it to reach 18 °C. If the problem persists and you're not using a back-up heater accessory (HA**1M E1), consider increasing the water temperature using an external heat source.

  If water is flooding out through the drain hose of your LG Heat Pump, it's likely that too much water has been charged. To fix this, open the safety valve switch to release water until the pressure gauge indicates 2~2.5 Bar.

How to fix LG THERMA V when DHW is not hot?

  If the DHW (Domestic Hot Water) from your LG Heat Pump is not hot, the thermal protector of the water tank heater may have been activated. To resolve this, open the side panel of the DHW tank and push the reset button on the thermal protector. Alternatively, DHW heating may be disabled. Ensure that DHW Heating Operation is selected and the corresponding icon is displayed on the remote controller.
