Connectivity
Real-time communication between ApexZ instruments and LMS Express 8.1 software can be set up via an
Ethernet cable to the ApexZ Ethernet port or a wireless Wi-Fi. Data may also be downloaded manually through
the Ethernet cable, Wi-Fi connection or a micro USB to USB cable. LMS Express 8.1 will detect ApexZ
instruments connected from the Ethernet, Wi-Fi or USB cable.

Ethernet IP Address
When the Ethernet is enabled,
the IP Address, Subnet and
Gateway will be locked to
editing.
Edit Ethernet IP Address
Disable the Ethernet to allow
editing of the IP Address, Subnet
and Gateway.
Press the IP address, subnet or gateway input buttons to display the input key pad.
Enter the valid Address and press the Apply button.
