Maintenance after first 50 operating hours
¾ Operating and steering hydraulics: Check
oil level
¾ Check operating and steering hydraulics for
leakage
¾ Check fastening of steering ax
le, drive axle,
wheel gear, counterweight and
frame
¾ Check condition and secure positioning of
electric cables and cable connections
¾ Check condition, fastening and function of
lift mast, lift mast chain and end stops and
apply chain spray
¾ Check fastening of lift mast to a
xle and
tighten
¾ Check load-carrying equipment, attach-
ment and end stops
¾ Grease steering axle and oil joints (door
hinges, pedals)
¾ Tighten wheel fastenings
¾ Wheel gear oil change
¾ Check wheel gear for leaks
¾ Check pretension of double hoses with
attachment of additional equipment as well
as smooth running of hose carriage
¾ Read out error memory and delete,
reset
service interval. Please contac

authorised dealer.
¾ Affix servicing sticker
¾ Test drive, functional check
