¾ Position jack under right-hand lift mast pro-
file and raise truck until right-hand wheel
moves freely.
¾ Prop up securely placing pieces of timber
underneath at the frame.
¾ Position jack (2) under left-han
dliftmast
profile and raise truck until l
eft-hand wheel
moves freely.
¾ Prop up securely placing pieces of timber
underneath at the frame.
¾ Unscrew wheel fastenings and change
wheel.
WARNING
Ensure correct positioning of jack.
The truck should only be raised at these suspension
points at the front.
¾ Position wheel fastenings and hand-tighten.
¾ Lower truck.
¾ Tighten the wheel fastenings crosswise
with a torque of 210 Nm.
Changing wheels at rear
¾ Release all wheel fastenings of relevant
wheel.
¾ Only position jack at the suspension points
(1) with turntable axle on left and/or on right
under counterweight or (2) with combi-
steering axle in centre under counterweight
and raise truck until wheel is free.
WARNING
Ensure proper positioning of jack.
The truck should only be raised at these suspension
points at the rear.
¾ Prop up securely placing pieces of timber
underneath at the frame.
¾ Unscrew wheel fastenings and change
wheel.
¾ Position wheel fastenings and hand-tighten.
¾ Lower truck.
