5 Servicing
Inspection and maintenance every 500 to 1000 operating hours or once a year
¾ Check that the hexagon-headed screws (1)
and (2) are tight.
¾ Check that the extension springs (3) are
correctly seated.
¾ Check the tension of the guide rollers (5) by
pressing on lever (4) in the direction of the
arrow.

¾ Check guard (6) for da
mage.
¾ Check the hexagon-headed screws (8) on
the guard (6) for tightness.
¾ Check both the lift mast cross strut stops.
¾ Check that the guide rol
lers (5) and (7) run
freely.
¾ Oil the guide roller bearings.

Function
The vehicle has four fans in total. On the drive
axle there are three fans to cool both power
sections. On the front right side of the vehicle
there is a fan that conveys hot air outside from
the motor compartment .
