the equipment.

THMSEL600 System
The system consists of a Ellipsosmeter High
Temperature Stage and T95-LinkPad System
Controller.
LINK System control software and digital video
capture can be added as an option to control from
PC.
The top and bottom windows have 22mm glass
windows fitted. For the side windows of the
Ellipsometer lid there is a choice of quartz or
ZnSe windows as ordered with the stage.
