7.4. Replace drive belts
Procedure:
Disconnect the power supply.
Remove the flange cover and flange.
Loosen the 4 mounting screws and remove the
belt cover.
Evenly loosen the tensioning screws on the
motor slide in turns and relax the belts.
Remove the belts and install a new set.
Adjust belt tension (see chapter 7.3)
The belts are installed in reverse order.
Replacing V-belts
Only use belts of the same type from the same manufacturer. We urgently recommend always replacing
complete belt sets. Simultaneously using old and new belts cuts the service life of the new belts in half.
