AL22: Bar stock detected in simulation mode!
Description
Whenever the bar feeder is in simulation mode,
it’s not allowed to have a material. If a bar is
detected by the switches, they alarm is generated.
Solution
Remove present material in the bar feeder.
AL23: Remnant too long!
Description
This alarm is generated whenever the remnant is
too long to be ejected.
Solution
Check the bar feed parameters and adjust the
remnant length.
AL24: Top cut positioning error!

Check if the material is too long
Check the Top-cut position
Description
In some cases, this alarm may trigger if strong
EMI is received by the detector SQ1 ;
Solution
The bar detection only occurs at first signal
