Slowly tighten the nut until the
leftbearing isxedintothebot-
tombracket.Becarefultonotx
the bearing at an angle as this
couldcauseweartothebearing
andtheframe.Cleantheexcess
withdegreaser.
Removetheglueguide.
Pre-position the left part of the
toolcontainingthe bearinglevel
with the left bearing seat in the
bottombracket.
ApplyastripofLoctite®641onto
theedgeoftheexterior bearing
ring. The strip of glue must be
onthesideofthebearingwhich
willbeinsidetheframe.Usethe
guide to facilitate handling and
guaranteethecorrectplacement
ofthestripofglue.
Pre-assemble the part of the
assembly tool working from the
right bearing seat in thebottom
bracket.
Degrease the bearings. Apply
theactivatorLoctite®7649onto
the exterior bearing ring. Leave
the activator to dry for 10 mi-
nutes.Donot touchtheexterior
bearingringafterthisstage.
Insertthestraight sectionofthe
toolintotherightbearingseatin
thebottombracket.
Fix the bearing onto the mobile
partofthemiddle. Slideallofit
intotheglueguide.
Use a ne grain emery cloth
(type220)topreparethebearing
seats on the frame. Degrease
thebearingseats.
