the assembly and tting the
crankset.
- Leavethegluetopolymerise
for 6 hours before using the
bicycle.

Slowly tighten the nut until the
rightbearingisxedintothebot-
tombracket.Becarefultonotx
the bearing at an angle as this
couldcauseweartothebearing
andtheframe.Cleantheexcess
withdegreaser.
Removetheglueguide.
Pre-positiontherightpartofthe
toolcontainingthe bearinglevel
withtherightbearingseatinthe
bottombracket.
ApplyastripofLoctite®641onto
theedgeoftheexterior bearing
ring. The strip of glue must be
onthesideofthebearingwhich
willbeinsidetheframe.Usethe
guide to facilitate handling and
guaranteethecorrectplacement
ofthestripofglue.
Degrease the bearings. Apply
theactivatorLoctite®7649onto
the exterior bearing ring. Leave
the activator to dry for 10 mi-
nutes.Donot touchtheexterior
bearingringafterthisstage.
Pre-assemble the part of the
assembly tool working from the
left bearing seat in the bottom
bracket.
Fix the bearing onto the mobile
partofthemiddle. Slideallofit
intotheglueguide.
Use a ne grain emery cloth
(type220)topreparethebearing
seats on the frame. Degrease
thebearingseats.
