4. If the type of service is PRI, complete the PRI Identification Service section
by doing
one of the following:
■ If you are not planning to use the number identification service,
check the No box and proceed to Step 5.
■ If you are planning to use the identification services, check the Yes
box and check the service planned:
— For incoming calls, check one of the following boxes: ANI,
SID, or Both. If both automatic and extension identification
service are planned, indicate the order in which the informa-
tion should be displayed (ANI then SID or SID then ANI).
— For outgoing calls, check either ANI, SID/ANI Privacy,
SID — Extension Based, or SID — Line Based to indicate
the service planned.
NOTE:
The availability of the caller identification information may be limited
by local-serving (caller’s) jurisdiction, availability, or central office
equipment.
5. In the Channel Service Unit section:
a. Check the box that describes the channel service unit used. If you
are not using the model listed, check the second box and write in the
manufacturer information that describes the unit.
b. Forward all copies of this page along with a copy of the Planner to
Tier III, GBS NTSC.
