In case of narrow passageways, divide the baking chambers (Pos.4), the proofer (Pos.3) and the
upper wool containment panels (Pos.5).
The various parts of the oven are joined together by several screws; remove them to divide the
structure.
If the dimensions of the proofer (the bigger part) are excessive, it can be delivered completely
disassembled.
For all disassembly and re-assembly operations concerning the proofer, please refer to annex "G"
