Fit the chambers (Pos.4) back on the proofer (Pos.3) and fix them with the fixing screws and

brackets previously removed

When re-installing the chambers, apply silicone along the edge of the rear steam discharge ducts.

Make sure that the upper manifold (Pos.18a) is correctly fixed to the valve of the last chamber

and that the silicone is applied correctly.

Re-install the top cover (Pos.5) carefully insulating the part underneath it (Pos.8)

Check the stability of the oven.
