Checking throttle operation
With the ignition key in the OFF position, open
the throttle and release it to confirm that it is
operating smoothly and that it returns to its
resting position correctly.

Releasing the side stand
A safety cut-out sensor on the side stand
prohibits drive from being engaged while
the side stand is in the down position. The
side stand must be in the up position before
selecting 1, 2, or 3, using the driving mode
button (D), and riding o.
