Pistons

If you hear noise during pipetting, this means the grease on the pistons wore off.
Lubricate the rods inside the pistons.
If lubricating the piston does not help, replace the piston (you can send us pistons for
maintenance or install new ones).
1. Take out cartridge rack, move V axis to the lowest position manually or by JOG
mode.
2. Unscrew the screws on the metal sheet, and then detach the metal sheet.
