Remove the back lid to check if there is a gap between the cartridge rack and the base
holding the rack:
Heating module will move and touch the heating wells of the cartridges in the
beginning of the run. If they are not aligned with the holes in the heating rod and
don't go inside them, heating rod will push cartridges up and they will bend, stuck or
break.
To prevent this from happening always push the cartridge rack to the innermost.
If the gap at the back remains, adjust the position of the block plate:

━ Lifted Cartridges
Bending Cartridges

Most of the time this problem happens because the cartridges were not installed
properly. To avoid it, follow the instructions below:
