━ Y-Axis Manual Adjustment (Complicated Procedure!)
Y manual adjustment is needed when Y-axis does not align with X-axis.
Check the paint marks on the screws: if the paint has cracked, it is possible that Y-axis
shifted. In this case piston module will be shifted sideways, to the front or to the back.
To check for this misalignment follow the steps below:
For axis tilted to the side:
1. Put cartridge rack and tips inside and lower the pistons until they almost touch the
tips. Pistons should be aligned and centered with the tips (center-center alignment):
2. Detach the housing.
3. Loosen 4 screws on both sides of the machine.
The frame can be moved right and left to adjust its position.
