Encoders
Only X, Y and V motors have encoders:
!!! Turn on the power and do the Motor JOG Test again to make sure the two values,
Motor Encoder and Pulse, are the same or +-10.
Cleaning Encoder Disc
Y motor encoder
V motor encoder
X motor encoder
Remover the cover of
encoder (counterclock
wise rotation)
Use napkin to clean
the dust (without any
detergent or EtOH)
Be careful not to scratch
the discs and make sure
no dust is left on it.
Put the cover back and
connect the cable.
