If instrument is showing Error14 (V Position Over Pulse) and it is impossible to run jog
test for V-axis or move it manually, this indicates that the X-rings inside the pistons
have worn off.
Do not try to exchange X-rings – opening the piston will change its tensile strength
and pipetting will lose accuracy.
Replace the piston (you can send pistons for maintenance or install new ones).
