4. TROUBLESHOOTING
In case the display shows one of the following error/alarm or warning codes, act
accordingly:
Code Meaning Solution
010 Heat-up error • Contact MAGIC FX.
011 Fan controller error • Power cycle the device. If it
happens again, contact
MAGIC FX.
015 Fan RPM error Fan not running at the desired
speed.
• Power cycle the device.
• Check if the fan is clear of any
objects.
• If it happens again, contact
MAGIC FX.
018 Pressure problem • Make sure that the fluid can is
not empty.
• Make sure that all hoses are
connected properly and are
not pinched.
• Make sure all fittings are
leakproof.
• Make sure that the Fluid Mesh
filter G 1/4" is not clogged.
020 Pressure sensor failure • Contact MAGIC FX.
100 DMX address conflict • Change either the DMX safety
or the DMX start address
104 - 107 Thermocouple error • The thermocouple is not
attached correctly. Contact
MAGIC FX.
120 Heater overheat error • Contact MAGIC FX.
128 Fan communication error • Power cycle the device. If it
happens again, contact
MAGIC FX.
