HARVEST CYCLE HEADMASTER CONTROL
VALVE FAILURE LIST
Temperature of the compressor discharge line and
liquid line to the ice machine receiver feel the
same 30 seconds into the harvest cycle.
• The headmaster is functioning correctly.
The compressor discharge line is noticeably
warmer than the liquid line to the ice machine
receiver.
• Headmaster valve is not bypassing 100%.
Replace headmaster valve.
