Check FUSE Condition

FUSE [F901]OPEN?
Check ST+5V output
・
Voltage Check
+5V DC (switched) Voltage is O.K.?
・
[BN45] 5pin output
Check [Q902]corrector input voltage.
Check Parts and Soldering and Other Circuits.
If abnormality is not found, [Q902] is replaced.
Check VDD (+5V) output
・
Voltage Check
+5V DC (switched) Voltage is O.K.?
・
[BN45] 6pin output
・
[IC92] 1pin input
Check Parts and Soldering and Other Circuits.
If abnormality is not found, [IC92] is replaced.
Check -12V output
・
Voltage Check
-12V DC (switched) Voltage is O.K.?
・
[BN44] 1pin output
・
[IC93] 1pin input
Check Parts and Soldering and Other Circuits.
If abnormality is not found, [IC93] is replaced.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. POWER PWB
Check +12V output
・
Voltage Check
+12V DC (switched) Voltage is O.K.?
・
[BN44] 3pin output
・
[IC94] 1pin input
Check Parts and Soldering and Other Circuits.
If abnormality is not found, [IC94] is replaced.
Check +8V output
・
Voltage Check
+8V DC (switched) Voltage is O.K.?
・
[BN45] 7pin output
MAIN PWB
[IC21] (T5CD2) 78Pin
Check Parts and Soldering and Other Circuits.
If the relay drive voltage is normal, relay is replaced.
・
[IC91] 1pin input
Check Parts and Soldering and Other Circuits.
If abnormality is not found, [IC91] is replaced.
Check the poewr relay
・
Is [RY91] switched?
Check the control signal for relay drive.
・
[BN45] 11pin TRANS_ON/OFF signal : 5V
Check the output short of trans ([T901][T902]).
If trans is short, trans is replaced.
