      If the motor of your MARCOLIN Industrial Equipment isn't running after using the remote or control box, first ensure the emergency stop is disengaged. Then, check the electrical connections, making sure the battery's positive and negative terminals are correctly connected. Also, inspect the safety fuses, one inline with the power supply and another inside the control box, and replace them if blown. Finally, verify that the motor's contacts are firmly connected.

      If your MARCOLIN Industrial Equipment's control box only works with the control selector and not the radio remote, it's likely that the radio remote control has lost its programming. Reprogram the radio remote control. If, after reprogramming, the radio remote control continues not to work, check the Control Box for faults.

      If turning the control selector to “UNCOVERED” on your MARCOLIN Industrial Equipment causes the covering to cover the body instead, the motor polarity is reversed. To fix this, reverse the two wires connecting the contacts 3 and 4 of the Control Box.

      If the Control Box of your MARCOLIN Industrial Equipment seems to be working but the motor isn't running, it could be due to several reasons. First, the electrical contacts might be oxidized. To resolve this, isolate the power supply and check the contacts of the contact plate and the motor and control box, clean them with a dry cloth, and protect them with synthetic moisture-repellent grease. For stubborn oxidation, use very fine sandpaper. Also, a cable terminal or an eyelet of an electrical wire might have broken, or the electrical cables might be broken or damaged. Check the cable terminals on the cables of the motor and the contact plate, and check that the wiring is free from faults.
