5.1 Routine maintenance schedule
A routine maintenance kit is available for UNITY 2 (RMK-0001-2S) containing all UNITY 2 consumables
that are required for an annual service.
UNITY 2 ITEMS Frequency
Check Oxygen / organics trap - replace if necessary Weekly
Sample tubes - repack / replace 200 desorptions
Change the charcoal filters (split tube) 3 months
Cold trap – repack / replace 12 months
Cold trap seals Only if damaged / leak test failing
Replace sample tube seals and filters Only if damaged / leak test failing

Replace DiffLok cap o-rings Only if damaged / leak test failing
