u Use the dry air without the high moisture
u Check the putting to earth ground
u Check the connection of connector
u Be careful of the trespass of paint, metal chip & dust into MCU
u Checking the exhaust fan & filter
u Increase of misprint, check in the pin assembly
Servicing the Marksman
When Marking machine doesn`t work :
The lamp on the front panel doesn`t ON
Check the electric of main power (100V – 220V)
All functions are working well but it doesn`t mark
after giving the start signal.
In case there`s the value to MARK UP
TO[00000000]on F2 (Refer to Pg11 F2 mode)
STATUS [ X-DRV. FAULT] Comes out
It is the problem of X-axis of Stepping driver or
motor. Or breaking of a wire for X-axis motor.
STATUS [Y-DRV. FAULT] Comes out
It is the problem of Y-axis of Stepping driver or
motor. Or breaking of a wire for Y-Axis motor.
STATUS [@G@>Input] Comes out
Entered data is less than set of digit when ASCII
code is input.
STATUS [@G@<Input] Comes out
Entered data is more than set of digit when ASCII
code is input..
STATUS [LIMIT ERROR] Comes out
Home sensor is detected during the marking.
-> Set the value of X and Y more than current
value.
Or check the direction of marking.(A:000)
If the LCD displays the misspell or the cursor moves by one self:
If the LCD displays the misspell or the cursor
moves by one self
If “Caps Lock” is ON on the keyboard, it may
malfunction.
In case letter on LCD is broken and doesn`t work
correctly.
In case there`s no letter on the LCD display
Please clear all memory on the front panel, and
input the data and start the machine again. Still
have a problem, please contact our distributor.
