When marking depth is not steady
Clear marking pin holder and pin using
`WD40’cleaner. (Refer to Pg.43)
Set the air pressure of PH PIN between
4~4.5Kg/cm
2
Set the air pressure of LP PIN between
1.5~2.5Kg/cm
2
Set the distance between the tip of marking pin
and work piece properly..
PH PIN : App. 3 mm, LP PIN :App. 6 mm
In case the pin is moving but pin doesn`t mark
If press simulation key( F9, “S”on the
keyboard), it doesn`t mark .
Check the condition of sol.valve using “DEL”&
“INS” on the keyboard (Refer to Pg.47 F6 TEST
Check the inside of marking pin holder whether
there is foreign substances or not.
Moisture and oil is mixed to air, this kind of
problem can be happened.
When the LED of 5V and 24V on front panel OFF
Check the condition of power supply in the
controller. There are two(5V, 24V) power supply
in the controller and check the condition through
green LED on it.
On F2 and F8, LED for Ready is OFF and when
the output doesn`t occur
When you turn the controller ON and OFF, Ready
signal doesn`t output until you press F11 or
give the reset signal using I/O
Pin comes out from pin holder without stroke.
Check the pin selector. You must set the pin
selection depending on the marking pin
Check the condition of So. Valve in the marking
head
Brightness of LCD is too dark or dim
Adjust the brightness of LCD using adjustable
resistance at the front panel of controller
In case air is leaking in the marking head.
Exchange the SOL. Valve in the marking head
