If the motor of your Masterflex Water Pump isn't rotating but the display is lit, it might be due to a defective remote control or a setting error. Here's what you can do: * First, ensure the remote cable connector is fully inserted into the receptacle. * Then, reapply power to the unit. * If the motor still doesn't rotate, go to the Main Menu or Setup Menu and select 'remote control' to verify the settings. * Return to the Mode screen and check that the Remote Control Mode icon is visible.
