Overview

The Masterflex SS B/T Washdown Digital Pump Drive with Advanced Connectivity is a peristaltic pump designed for precise flow control and accurate fluid dispensing, particularly suited for high-viscosity and shear-sensitive liquids, as well as applications requiring sterile conditions and purity. The pump's design ensures that the fluid only contacts the tubing, not the pump itself, making it ideal for pumping toxic or hazardous fluids when used with appropriate Masterflex Perfectposition B/T tubing.

Function Description:

The pump drive operates in four basic modes: Continuous, Time, Volume, and Analog Input, offering versatility for various applications. It features a 5-inch multi-language touchscreen display for easy access to user-defined operation parameters and direct readouts of pump operation data, including pump speed, flow rates, flow direction, and batch totals. The drive supports user-selectable dispense volumes, tube diameters, flow rates, pump speeds, and run times. For enhanced control and monitoring, the B/T range includes Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections, enabling web-based monitoring via the MasterflexLive website. Remote analog input control and monitoring are also possible through the pump drive's 31-Pin female connection port. Custom program modes allow users to save frequently used settings for quick access. The pump also includes an auto-start feature that resumes operation after a power outage.
