CHAPTER 5: PART REPLACEMENT GUIDE
5.2 SIDE COVER REPLACEMENT
1) Turn off power and disconnect the cord from the machine.
2) Remove the service covers as outlined in Section 5.1.
3) Remove the 3 screws holding the side cover to the frame (Figures A).
4) Use the flat-head screwdriver to separate the snap-fit of the handlebar cover (Figures B & C).
5) Slide up the handlebar cover to halfway of the handlebar mast.
6) Remove the 2 screws holding the side cover to the frame (Figures D).
7) Pull up on the side cover to remove it (Figures E).
8) Reverse Steps 1-7 to install a new side cover.
