5.6 HANDLEBAR SET REPLACEMENT

1) Turn off power and disconnect the cord from the machine.
2) Remove the screw connect the handlebar to the cover on right / left side (Figure A).
3) Remove the screw holding the the handlebar to the right / left of handlebar mast (Figure B).

4) Remove the 2 screws holding the handlebar to the console mast (Figure C). .
5) Disconnect the wires that connects the left/right hand grip cable to the hand pulse extension wire (Figure D ).
6) Remove the handlebar set and remove the hand grip as outlined in Section 5.8. NOTE: Tighten all bolts from steps 2–4 to 24 Nm. The
left and right locations of hand grip set are different between retail climbMill (CS31) and commercial climbMill (CS29/30).
7) Reverse Steps 1-6 to install a new handlebar set.
8) Test the Climb Mill for function as outlined in Section 5.19.
