5.11 DRIVE SET REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED
7) Remove the 2 screws on each side holding the drive set to the frame (Figure G & H).
8) Remove the 1 screws holding the drive set to the frame (Figure I).
9) Remove the drive set from the frame (Figure J).
10) Reverse Steps 1-9 to install a new drive set. NOTE: Torque the bolt removed in Step 8 to 80 N-m. Tighten the bolts removed in Step 7 to
40 N-m. Tighten the drive belt to 120 ~ 130 lbs (90 ~ 105 Hz) for a new belt. Tighten the bolts removed in Step 6 to 80 N-m.
11) Test the Climb Mill for function as outlined in Section 5.19.
