The chillers connected in series do not need further working probes to
be placed onto the system total discharge piping as the
centralized system acquires the single temperature of every unit and “thermalregulates” as per the average discharge
temperature.The advantageof a combined HNS system is mainly based on the fact that the user has the HiT panelas the
sole
interfacewhich,inaneasyandintuitiveway,allowsthesettingandthemonitoringof the“hydronicunits+chillers”system.Itis
possible to connect in cascade also chillers having different capacities; the HiT control will be capable of “selflearning” the
installedcapacityandofvisualizing
(bypressingF2buttonandselectingtheunit)in“realtime”,onthemainmenu,thepercentage
ofprovidedcapacityincomparisonwith the installedone(under installer’spassword). It isalsopossible,from the displayof the
main controller, to know the working hydronic units number in comparison with installed
ones and respecting the number of
runningchillersconnectedinthenetwork.
SANITARYHOTWATERFUNCTION:thechillerscanalsoprovidesanitarywaterbymanaginganexternal3wayvalveand
aproperlysizedboiler.Byconnectingincascadeseveralchillers,theusercandecidewhetheralloronlyjustafewofthem
canbe
usedtosupply“sanitarywater”.
CHRONOTHERMOSTAT FUNCTION: the HiT remote touchscreen control contains the function of weekly
chronothermostat with two levels of temperature T and Teco, for the control of hydronic terminals and chillers. The weekly
programmingisperformedinseparatewayforhydronicterminalsandforchiller(e.g.,inahypotheticaloffice
youcanprogramthe
poweronofthechiller30'beforetheopeningtime,sothewaterinthepipesisheated/cooledandonly10'beforethestartofthe
activitiesthehydronicterminalsareswitched).Furthermore,thethermostatsetstheweeklyschedulingalsofortheproductionof
domestichotwater
andfortheLegionelladisinfection.
HUMIDITYCONTROLFUNCTIONS/DOUBLESETPOINT:humidityandtemperaturesensorsintegratedintheHiT
remote control enable the management of a double setpoint adjustment and the thermohygrometric environmental regulation.
TheremotecontrolHiTmanagesdehumidificationforunderfloorheatingsystems.
