7 HNSSYSTEMDESCRIPTION
TheHNSsystemcanbecoupledonlywiththefollowinghydronicunits:
HWF/HWIfancoils;
LWF/LWIfancoils;
HCA/BandHCA/4Bhydroniccassettetypes;
HCNductedtypes.
NOTE:theinstallationwiththeMIwallmountedtypesisnotpossible.
Thereare2waystoinstallan
HNSboxsystem:
1)PurchaseoftheDRALNETandtheSBmodulesseparatelyandsubsequentinstallationontheunitatcustomer’sexpenses.Inthis
case,itispossibletoinstalltheDRALNETcontrolonthewallinordertomakeaccessiblethetemperature’sknob,whichallowsan
adjustingof
thesamewithinaprefixedcontrolsetbytheHiT.Forexample,supposingtheambienttemperaturesetat20°C(viaHi
T), it is possible, by means of the DRALNET’s knob, to adjust the set within a given temperature range, such as +/5°C, +/6°C
(adjustingby
parameter),andthelike.Inthiscase,thewholeinstallation’sprocedureisattheinstaller’sexpenses.Byandlarge,the
DRALNETisfixedonthewallwhiletheSBinterfacehastobeinstalledonboard.UseaTTLconnectingcable(standardprovided,
max.length4m)betweentheDRALNET
andtheSBinterface:
2)PurchaseoftheHNSboxwhere
,inside,theDRALNETandtheSBdevicesarealreadyfittedandprewired,thusprovidingthe
customerwithaterminalboardforconnectingthehydronicunits.Insodoing,itisnotpossibletolocallyadjustthetemperatureby
meansoftheDRALNETdeviceasitisinstalled
insidetheBOX.Thehydronicunits’temperaturesandsettingparameterscanallbe
controlledvia the HiTpanel. Asarule ofthumb, the HNSbox(IP56GW44207 Gewissbox)is installed close tothehydronic unit,
wall builtin or on the side of the hydronic unit, in case
of fan coils with or without body, or upon the false ceiling, in case of
hydroniccassettetypesorductedtypesinstalledontothefalseceiling:
The HiT control panel allows the visualization of the
working parameters of every single hydronic unit and those of every
singlezone.
Itispossibletomanageuptono.80hydronicunits,dividedintono.9thermalzones.Everyhydronicunit,oncesetinaccordance
withtherelatedbelongingzone,usesitsownprobeasaworkingprobe.
Shouldthe
HNSsystembecoupledwithouriHWAK/WPV2/V2+andiHPchillers,itispossibletomanage,viaasingleHiTcontrol
panel,7chillersincascadeandno.80hydronicunitsdividedintono.9thermalzones.TheconnectionamongtheHiTpanel,the
minichillers and the
hydronicunits is very simple: it is made by meansofa SSTP(ex.CAT 5) shielded twisted cableconnectedin
series.
