23. ALARMS
Some of the alarms that may occur on the unit are described below. When the control is switched o, the alarms are reset and the counts of the
relevant operaons are also reset. If the alarms are sll present when the machine is switched on again, contact technical assistance. The above
informaon may be subject to updates, in case of doubt please contact the company.

The water-side ow switch is already installed inside the unit and must not be tampered with or bypassed in any way.The ow switch is bypassed
by the control for a period of 10 seconds from the start of the machine, aer the bypass me the status of the digital input is considered, if it is
acve the presence of ow is considered. If a lack of ow is diagnosed for a me of at least 5 seconds, the alarm is acve and the circulator is
acvated for 120 seconds.
Once the ow of water is restored, the alarm is automacally reset, but if the alarm occurs more than 3 mes per hour, the reset becomes
manual.
The alarm is not acve in the following condions:
during domesc hot water producon;
during the system venng funcon.

If the water delivery probe detects a value higher than  for longer than 50 seconds the alarm is acve. It deacvates when the temperature
returns below .

If the outlet water probe has a value lower than A08 (default A08 = 3,0°C), the alarm is acve. The deacvaon occurs if the temperature re-
corded by the same probe is higher than  (default 6,0°C). The alarm is bypassed for 120 seconds aer switching on in heang mode.
This alarm is manual reset.

The corresponding alarm is acvated if any connected and enabled probe is short-circuited or interrupted. The alarm is also acve if the upper
limit of the probes (150C) or the lower limit (-50°C) is exceeded. A probe congured as a DHW probe does not give rise to an alarm if DHW pro-
ducon is not enabled.
