Controllo per i-32V5 MIDI Air/water inverter chillers and heat pumps with axial fans

The alarm is acvated if the relevant pressure transducers are faulty or disconnected. This alarm is manual reset.
When the on-board control does not communicate with the compressor driver board, a me-out alarm is acvated to avoid losing control of
the system.
These alarms are related to the compressor driver, each model has its own list of alarms.
This message appears on the display when the remote on/o contact is open.
The alarm is acvated when the pressure transducer on board the machine detects a pressure higher than 41.5 bar, in which case the compres-
sor is immediately blocked. The alarm is reset automacally when the pressure drops below 32.5 bar; if it occurs more than 3 mes per hour the
alarm becomes a manual reset.
In chiller mode, the alarm is acve if the pressure transducer on board the machine detects a pressure lower than 3.5 bar. In heat pump mode,
the alarm is acve if the pressure transducer on board the machine detects a pressure of less than 1.3 bar. Each me the compressor is acvat-
ed, a bypass me of 60 seconds is counted. When the alarm is acve, the circuit compressor is blocked. The alarm is automacally reset when
the pressure rises 2.0 bar above the intervenon threshold; if the number of intervenons in one hour is 3, the alarm becomes manual reset.
If the compressor does not reach the speed at the expected ramp value within 30 minutes, the alarm becomes acve and the compressor is
switched o for safety. If the number of alarm intervenons in one hour is 3, the alarm becomes manual reset.
This alarm idenes a malfuncon of the 4-way valve for reversing and is manual reset. The alarm is not acve for a bypass me of approximately
180 seconds from the start of the compressor.
In heang or DHW mode, aer the bypass me has expired, the alarm is acve when the water ow temperature is lower than the water return
temperature - 1°C.
In cooling mode, aer the bypass me has elapsed, the alarm is acve when the water ow temperature is higher than the water return tem-
perature + 1°C.
The alarm is acvated during DHW producon when the ow probe detects a temperature higher than H01 (default H01 = 60°C). The compres-
sor is stopped, if present, the auxiliary heang systems operate with the relave oset unl the DHW setpoint detected by the DHW probe is
sased or the digital input disables the DHW call.
The alarm returns and the compressor restarts when the ow temperature of the heat pump detects a temperature lower than
(default 56°C) and the call from the temperature controller is present.
If the alarm occurs 3 consecuve mes during the same DHW producon phase, DHW producon is inhibited and the machine returns to system
operaon (if required). Once switched to the system, aer a minimum waing me of b06 seconds, it is evaluated whether to remove the inhibi-
on (if no thermoregulaon is required on the system or if it is close to the set). During the enre phase in which domesc hot water producon
is inhibited, alarm E042 remains acve.
LACK OF VOLTAGE
If the power supply fails, when it is restored the unit goes back to the state before the power failure.
