Drill the new holes and remove the repositioning plate. In
order to facilitate the removal of the plate, the femoral
impactor/extractor (ref. 02.02.10.0174) can be used.
Assemble the femoral impactor to the slider hammer, grab
the lateral grooves of the plate and pull it out.

Position the 4in1 cutting block on the distal resection using
the new pair of holes.
Check the resection levels using the angel wing.
If the position is satisfactory, secure the 4in1 block using
two headed pins inserted in the two oblique fixation holes
and perform the femoral resection as below:
•
Posterior condylar osteotomy
•
Anterior condylar osteotomy
•
Posterior chamfer
•
Anterior chamfer
CAUTION
All femoral resections must be performed using a sawblade
13 mm wide and up to 1.27 mm thick.
