13.c Storage urn not empty?
If you start the cleaning process and the storage urn
is not empty, the message "Drain urn?" is shown on
the display. To ...
❍ empty the remaining coffee cup by cup via the
coffee outlet for cups, press the
CC button or
❍ empty the remaining coffee pot by pot via the
coffee outlet for jugs, press the
JC button.
The display shows the message "Drainage" and the
amount of remaining coffee in liters. To stop this
process (not cancel it),
❍ press the
SET button. The process is continued
by pressing the button again.
13.d Add cleaning agent
When the storage urn is empty, the message "Add
cleaner" appears on the display.
➀ Open the lid of the storage urn and …
❍ add 4 measuring spoons of SWIRL cleaner
3000 (Prod. No. 1011012).
❍ Close the storage urn and confirm by pressing
the
SET button.
13.e Off after cleaning?
You can now decide whether the machine should
switch itself off after completing the cleaning
process or return to dispensing mode.
❍ When the display shows "Off after cleaning?",
you can press the
+ /–buttons to switch
between the following options
– "No" to keep the machine switched on after
cleaning, brew the storage volume and return
to dispensing mode.
– "Yes" to automatically switch the machine
off after cleaning.
If the timer is activated (see 11.j), the machine
will automatically switch itself on again at the
programmed starting time.
❍ Press the
SET button to start the cleaning
process.
Caution when using cleaning agents! Their
contents can be harmful if swallowed or inhaled
and can irritate eyes and skin. Therefore:
z Keep them out of reach of children.
z Wear suitable protective gloves.
z Observe the warning notices on containers
and packaging (see chapter 6).
❍ The cleaning program will continue to run if you
turn the key-operated switch to the "0" (Off)
position.
❍ Leave the key-operated switch in the "Operator"
position if you would like the machine to switch
itself on using the timer or if you would like it to
return to dispensing mode.
❍ If you would like to correct the setting for "Off
after cleaning?", turn the key-operated switch to
the "Manager" position and press the
SET button
twice.
Note: If you have selected automatic switching off,
you will only have a chance to change any settings
during the current cleaning process (e.g. choose the
storage volume for when the machine is switched on
by the timer).
