CAUTION
To avoid loss of outboard, ensure that a minimum of two full threads of bolt extend
beyond locknut after tightening locknut. Ensure mounting nut is tightened against
transom, not the shank of the mounting bolt.
a - Transom bolts (1/2 x 20) (4)
b - Flat washers - outer (4)
c - Nylon insert locknuts (4)
d - Flat washers - inner (4)
e - Marine sealer - apply to shank of
bolts, not threads
