CHECKING NXT¹ DRIVE UNIT GEAR LUBE
1. Remove the upper vent plug from the gearcase. The gear lube
level should be to the bottom of the vent plug hole with the
propeller shaft level.
2. If gear lube level is low, add High Performance Gear Lube until
gear lube comes out of the vent plug opening.
3. Install the vent plug.

lube comes out of the vent plug opening.
