Check the engine oil level. Refer to Fuel and Oil ‑ Checking and Adding
Engine Oil.
a - Service access door
b - Oil fill cap
c - Dipstick
2. Verify that the cooling water intake and antiventilation plate is submerged.
IMPORTANT:The antiventilation plate must be submerged or the water pump
will not prime.
