5 Disassembly
Front Output Shaft
1. Then remove the front output carrier, both bearings, spacer, and
front output shaft gear. Figure 5.45.

Handling Removed Components
Remove additional components as required.
• Clean and dry all parts using the guidelines indicated in the
foreword to this manual.
• Examine all parts for wear or damage from misuse or poor
handling.
• Discard and replace any damaged parts.
• All bearings with disassembly loads through the rollers and races
must be discarded and replaced.
