3. Install the retaining ring into the groove on shaft. Figure 7.17.

4. Install the front declutch gear assembly with the lock nut using
the Bearing Lock Nut Socket 866-0687-004 shown on page
53 and Loctite 290 threadlocker on the threads. Torque to
specifi cation. Figure 7.18.

1. Press bearing cups into the front output carrier using the Front
Output Bearing Cup Driver shown on page 57. Figure 7.19.
