If your vehicle does not start after
several attempts, it needs service.
Please seek assistance from
Roadside Assistance or the nearest
JSW MG authorised service center
and let it be attended by trained
professionals.
If you are unsure why your battery
discharged, we recommend having
your vehicle inspected by JSW MG
authorised service center.
It is advisable to contact the JSW MG
authorised service center for
dedicated charging of the 12V
battery as soon as possible.
To safely disconnect the jumper
cables, follow these steps in reverse
order of connection:
1. Remove the jumper cable from
the black, negative (-) chassis
ground of your vehicle (4).
2. Disconnect the other end of this
jumper cable from the black,
negative (-) battery/chassis
ground of the assisting vehicle (3).
3. Take o the second jumper cable
from the red, positive (+)
battery/jumper terminal of the
assisting vehicle (2).
4. Disconnect the other end of this
jumper cable from the red, positive
(+) jumper terminal of your vehicle
(1).
Ensure you follow this exact
sequence to avoid any electrical
hazards.
