RTU32 Protocol I/O Mapping
The new RTU32 protocol is currently available only by using Message() commands from
another RTU32 PLC. When being polled from a C2000 or Card Rack CTU, the older
“Enhanced Control Card” protocol will be used. The table below shows how the physical I/O in
the S4500 is mapped for both protocols:
