timescale_filtermax:
Description: Change the timescale filter averaging time (units of time-constants). This
parameter determines how many timescale_steer_timeconstants it will take to steer out an
offset. For example if the timescale_steer_interval is 1 hour, the timescale_steer_
timeconstant = 3hr, and timescale_filtermax = 0, the system will steer the offset out in
3hrs. If the timescale_filtermax = 2, the system will steer the offset out in approx 6 hrs.
Usage: timescale_filtermax < integer >

timescale_filterref:
Description: Change which clock serves as the filter reference for 4393 clock
measurements. This command specifies which clock going into the 4393 module will serve
as the measurement reference for the other clocks being measured with the 4393. The filter
reference must be defined in timescale mode for the unit to operate correctly.
Usage: timescale_filterref < clockName >

timescale_steer_epoch:
Description: Change the timescale steer epoch. The timescale steer epoch is an offset
from when the nominal time the steer occurs. For example if the timescale_steer_interval is
1 hour and the timescale_steer_epoch is set to 3sec, the steer will occur at 3sec past the top
of the hour.
Usage: timescale_steer_epoch < seconds> Default = 0
