Prevent serious injury or death.
Before performing inspections, service or
maintenance:
• Park machine on rm, level surface and
engage parking brake.
• Switch engine off.
• Close and lock control panel cover.
• Chock tires.
1. Park machine on a rm, level surface by bringing
travel controller (A) to the center position. Push
E-stop button (B) all the way down to engage
parking brakes. Chock wheels of machine.
2. Turn off engine.
3. Remove keys. Close and lock control panel cover
to avoid a start-up of machine.
4. On dual sided machines remove bib assemblies
(C) from both discharge ends. On single sided
machines remove the bib assembly and the end
plate on non- discharge end.
5. Remove left and right side end-gate assemblies
(D) on both discharge ends. Use a suitable lifting
device to lift and move end-gate assemblies.
6. Remove outer sideboard rubber assembly (AD)
on hopper back side by removing 9 button head
screws (E).
7. Remove outer sideboard rubber assembly (AE)
on hopper front side by removing 9 button head
screws (F).
8. Remove inner sideboard rubber assemblies (AB)
on hopper back as well as front end by removing
18 thread forming screws (G).
